Track and Field’s Relay Teams Have Big Day at Colonial Relays - Seton Hall

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The women’s 4x400-meter relay team and freshman Nick Frimpong (East Hartford, Conn) qualified for the NCAA Regionals in the final day of the Colonial Relays. The women’s team finished second overall, while the men took sixth place in the two-day meet.

 

The squad of Alexandra McCoy (Goldsboro, N.C.), Janeille Brathwaite (Christ Church, Barbados), Toneisha Friday (Somerset, N.J.), and Jernail Hayes (Newark, Del.) earned the right to compete in Tallahassee, Fla. with a time of 3:41.40.

 

Frimpong hit the NCAA standard mark of 2.10 meters in the high jump, in his first action since an injury late in the indoor season.
